Change and Cancellation of Orders
You may request a change or cancellation to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail your exact changes or cancellation notice, invoice number to our processing department at sales@mymybox.com   Please note that we are not able to make changes or cancel your order once it's been processed and shipped.

Payments Methods
mymybox accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- American Express
- Pre-paid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order (Note: All Prepaid Orders, including Cashier's Checks, take longer to process because all checks must first clear with the bank due to the existence of fraudulent checks.) No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders please. Please accept our apologies but we do not accept international credit cards at this time. All orders placed with international credit cards or without verifiable addresses will be cancelled.

Return Shipping
mymybox does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for customer wrong item purchase.  we do not produce the parts. we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to mymybox and mymybox will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.

Lost / Damage packages
All claims for shipment shortage and errors must be reported within 24 hours to mymybox  at 661-775-3830 or  info@mymybox.com  from which the order received. Otherwise, mymybox is not responsible for such claim. We will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and make the arrangements required to correct the error.

Damaged shipments should address directly to the freight carrier by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by the receiver. However, you may contact our customer service at 661-775-3830 to help facilitate your claim. Please note that we ONLY accept damage claim within 3 days upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any damage claim after 3 days of the delivery.

Claims for lost shipments should be reported to mymybox. We will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced. In any event, we are committed to working with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.

Cross-ship
mymybox does not accept cross ship under any circumstances. If there's any product needed to be return for replacement or exchange, we must first received the item.

Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please check our web site for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.

Sales tax
Sales tax is only required for orders within our resident state of business. Therefore, all orders shipped within CALIFORNIA will be charged with the applicable sales tax. Sales tax can be exempt for resellers with proof of reseller permit.

Processing time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. mymybox does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.



PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from mymybox, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and mymybox agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and mymybox. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from mymybox.

1. mymybox SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

mymybox offers our customers a 30-day replacement or 15 days refund guarantee on all purchases unless stated on the products' description

However, to take advantage of mymybox' return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with mymybox' Product Return Procedure as below. Any breach of mymybox' Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of mymybox' replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

Product Return Procedure
To return a product based upon mymybox' replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). RMA must be filed by email. mymybox will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by mymybox. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to mymybox. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, mymybox' Return Procedure will be breached and mymybox will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

mymybox will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges under any circumstances.

2. WARRANTIES

mymybox is a dance pad manufacture and distributor of video game accessories.  Our products are covered by 30 days replacement and 14 days refund warranty from the ship date. There is 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Exchange
MYMYBOX Products will exchange and replace any defective products within the product warranty.
Customer must have proof of purchase (receipt) to supply MYMYBOX Products. You send the faulty product at your own expense to our designated Repair Center and, upon its receipt at the Repair Center in good order, we send you a replacement within 1 to 3 business days. Please contact support@MYMYBOX.com to get an official RMA number. Shipping will refuse shipments without an official RMA number and we WILL NOT reimburse your shipping cost and any delays will count as part of your warranty period.

If you purchased your product directly from MYMYBOX.
MYMYBOX will accept returns for refund within 14 days of the original purchase date on your invoice, please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact support@MYMYBOX.com to get an official RMA number. Shipping will refuse shipments without an official RMA number and we WILL NOT reimburse your shipping cost and any delays will count as part of your 14 day return privilege time. Any missing product accessories/free promotional items will be charged back at the full retail price. Contact customer service for the current pricing of all product accessories.



If you purchased your product through a retail location or from a reseller.
You may be eligible for a full credit within the retailer or reseller's return policy. You should contact the retail location where you purchased the product, as return policies may vary. MYMYBOX Products cannot accept product returns for products purchased through a retail location or from a reseller.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In all circumstances mymybox' maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. mymybox shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the product itself which exceeds this liability limit. mymybox shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not mymybox is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms; Orders
An order is not binding upon mymybox until it is accepted; mymybox must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with mymybox. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Shipping Charges
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the mymybox invoice.

Price Protection
Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make a price adjustment if the price has changed, after an order has shipped. However, if you notify mymybox prior to the shipment of your order, we would be happy to make the price adjustment for you. We offer price matching on certain items. Please check our site for further information.

Title; Risk of Loss
mymybox will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. mymybox reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow mymybox to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit mymybox to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. mymybox will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but mymybox will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between mymybox and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. mymybox and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against mymybox that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.

Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable California law.

Waiver
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the mymybox' invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between mymybox and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between mymybox and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. mymybox is not responsible for typographical errors. All typographical errors are subject to correction. Any use of this site is subject to Terms and Conditions
